Do you find yourself drowning in more fruit than you can munch on, maybe those fruit trees of yours are turning into a jungle you can't navigate anymore? Or have you seen a tree on public land that is loaded with fruit?

Don't let those fruits go to waste! We're here to help you with the harvesting gig while building up the health of our awesome community.

How does it work?

All you need to do to help our mission is fill out our registration form below, or visit Warrnambool Community Garden or Archie Graham Community Centre to collect a paper copy, fill it out and return it.

After that, we'll set up a visit to make sure everything's peachy for our pickers. If you’ve nominated a tree that isn’t at your place, we’ll get in touch with whoever it belongs to and check it’s okay to pick.

We'll note roughly when your fruity bounty will be ready to harvest, and then reach out to you for our team of pickers to come and harvest.

On the big day, we'll call ahead of time to make sure everything's still okay, and we'll do one last check to ensure those fruits are ripe for the picking.

Typically, our picks are a breeze, taking just about an hour or so. Once we're done, we'll divvy up the loot, and you'll walk away with one-third of the pick for your own eating or preserving pleasure.

We'll keep your details safe and sound on our tree register, and when those fruits start ripening next year, you can bet we'll be back in touch.
