Lots happening in the district over the next few months and we'd love to see you at any of these events.

• Warrnambool Multicultural Festival - Saturday 5 October, 10am to 3pm, Civic Green

  Enjoy a fun, free family event at the award-winning festival. Perfomances, international foods, workshops, arts and crafts and the Bendigo Chinese Association are bringing their epic lion and dragon dancers!

• Great South Coast Food & Fibre Showcase - Saturday 12 October, 10am to 3pm, Deakin University Warrnambool
  Over 40 local producers coming to this one, so if you are a foodie then come out and say g'day. Gold coin donation to Western District Food Share. 

• Warrnambool Community Garden Open Day - Saturday 19 October, 10am to 2pm, Corner of Grieve and Derby Street
  Celebrating 15 years of the garden and opening the upgraded children's space and nursery area. Live music, kids activities, BBQ, talks and tours. 

• Picnic in the Paddock - Sunday 27 October, 11am to 3pm, St Patricks Primary School, Koroit
  Sharing the spot with Koroit Community Plant and Produce Swap. Fun family day out with lots of stalls, food and entertainment. 

• Warrnambool Rotary's Garden Expo - Sunday 3 November, 11am to 3pm, gardens around Warrnambool. $30 donation to Rotary. 
  If you want some gardening inspiration, this will be a great day out hosted in four beautiful private gardens. 

• Business Professional Women South West November dinner - Tuesday 5 November, 6.30pm, Warrnambool Community Garden
  Director, Courtney Mathew will be presenting on the growth of the project and hosting a tour of the award-winning community garden. $50 includes dinner and a garden fizz mocktail. 

• Glenelg Food Security Forum - Wednesday 6 November, Portland Library, 1-3pm
  Portland District Health are investigating if a concept like Fruit Rescue would work in Glenelg Shire - please share this event with anyone you know over that way.
